Job summary

AMR in Tennessee is seeking a Dispatcher for a full-time role. You will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, assign and route transportation requests, and maintain clear communication to support patients, facilities and providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to calls and emails using the established system to deliver customer support.
• Schedule, assign, review and route transportation requests.
• Document communications following protocols and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate trip data including confirmations, routing time and issues.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and coworkers.
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking and time management skills.
