Job summary

Goodwill Central Coast is seeking staff to perform a variety of duties involving sorting and transporting donated goods across the Central Coast. You will load and unload donations from trucks, perform initial donation processing, and transport materials to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift items as needed.
• Comfort with loading/unloading donations from trucks and trailers.
• Willingness to operate equipment such as baler and compactor where required.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks and trailers by placing materials for delivery to stores.
• Off-load donations from trucks and trailers and place them in designated areas.
• Perform initial donation processing for distribution to processing departments.
• Transport materials to appropriate departments and locations.
• Operate baler/compactor according to established procedures where position requires.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
