Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in residential settings within CS New Jersey. This hourly, non-exempt role supports individuals with daily living, health maintenance, and community participation, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules.

You will follow individualized plans, document progress, assist with transportation, meal preparation, and recreational activities, and uphold safety and confidentiality standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service/program plans, including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, skill/behavioral development.
• Assist with daily activities: Personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community integration, shopping, citizenship, and other activities of daily living.
