Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork and time-management.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable and responsible; valid driver's license with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve personal development goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real relationships and provide supportive, person-centered care.
