Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct support within assigned program plans, assisting with socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, and skill development.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, housekeeping, transportation, and community integration.
• Accurately document progress and stay within confidentiality requirements; review records as needed.
• Maintain relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and case managers; follow Sevita service standards.
• Report any incidents per policy; ensure safety, rights protection, and universal precautions.
