Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server (Full-Time). Morning and weekend availability required.

Provide high-quality dining service to residents, families, and guests, ensuring accurate orders, timely delivery, and a positive dining experience in a friendly, professional atmosphere. Responsibilities include seating and assisting residents, maintaining clean dining areas, and adhering to safety protocols and dietary restrictions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Must complete required background checks, health screening, and TB test.
• Ability to operate standard serving equipment and maintain high dining standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking orders and serving meals courteously.
• Seat residents, clear tables, and reset dining areas between courses.
• Attend to residents’ dietary needs and preferences, and communicate with the team.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and proper storage of supplies.
• Assist with meal delivery to rooms and support kitchen operations as needed.
