Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Alabama Distributing Company, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. You will provide end-user support, troubleshoot hardware, software, printers and network issues, and assist both remote and on-site users.

Requirements include an Associate degree in IT or related field and 2–4 years in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, and ticketing systems is essential; some nights and weekends may be required.
