Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide homecare for an adult patient requiring G-tube, PICC line, and TPN care. The shift is Monday-Thursday 9:00pm-9:00am.

The role emphasizes comprehensive nursing assessment, medication administration, care planning, and family education. Applicants must hold an active RN license and BLS, with at least one year of RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates the plan of care with prescriber revisions as patient needs change.
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Intervenes for changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents effectiveness.
• Reviews plan of care and coordinates education, care coordination and discharge planning.

Pay: $38 - $40 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with an adult patient. This patient is needing G-tube, PICC line and TPN care Monday-Thursday 9:00pm-9:00am.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
