Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year in technical support or troubleshooting.
• Outgoing with strong networking skills.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and service technicians by troubleshooting, quoting, ordering and providing parts.
• Assist walk-in customers in selecting parts and exposing full product line.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service to all stakeholders.
• Handle complaints tactfully and promptly, especially parts issues.
• Answer calls, provide price quotes and information.
• Notify customers when special ordered parts arrive.
• Create and track activity in JobBoss software.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts and verify invoices.
• Support outside sales with orders and ensure signed charges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and updates.
