ITW in Chicago is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to join the Customer Experience Department. You will handle sales and service administration for the North American Business Unit, providing accurate, timely responses to customers and cross-functional teams.

A working knowledge of industrial parts and ability to read wiring diagrams is essential. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, invoicing, and coordinating with customers to resolve inquiries.

Formación

• Experience in inside sales or customer support for industrial suppliers is helpful.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, Bills of Materials, and use engineering software.
• Exceptional critical-thinking skills and independent problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations for spare parts and service calls using proprietary software.
• Process sales orders for standard equipment, service, and spare parts with accurate shipping and billing details.
• Complete service-related administration: service visit requests, order entry, invoicing.
• Coordinate timely communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to ITW toolbox initiatives and continually improve priorities.
