Job summary

Planet Fitness franchise National Fitness Partners in Mocksville, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position starting at $12 per hour. Opening shift 4:45 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday, with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year.

As part of a team that serves over one million members across 200+ clubs, you will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, process purchases at the point of sale, and promote fitness

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to our active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
