Scentsy, Inc. (Corporate Office) in Meridian is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our independent sales Consultants & customers. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule and comprehensive benefits.

You will handle 35-45 phone calls per shift, respond to 40-50 chat messages, and reply to email inquiries with a positive, problem-solving approach while using multiple software platforms. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Location and hours

This position is located at our beautiful office in Meridian and the hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

What does a Customer Service Representative do every day?

• Answering 35-45 phone calls per shift
• Responding simultaneously to multiple chat messages; around 40-50 per shift
• Replying to email inquiries
• Providing GREAT customer service!
