Heritage Landscape Supply Group is hiring for a full-time Counter Sales w/Backup Driver role at our Naples, FL location. You will manage customer interactions, process orders, and assist with deliveries, inventory, and quotes.

A strong focus on service, accuracy, and teamwork is required to support busy peak seasons. The position runs Monday through Friday with overtime during peak periods; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure a courteous experience.
• Accurately process transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes from measurements and project needs.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and optimize logistics for timely arrivals.
• Assist with inventory and shipping/receiving tasks, including cycle counts and replenishment.
