Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Create detailed sales orders and estimates using measurements.
• Coordinate deliveries and schedule truck logistics accurately.
• Participate in cycle counts and warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes at the counter using the company system.
• Coordinate truck deliveries to support on-time service.
• Assist with inventory tasks including picking, replenishment and shipping/receiving.
• Support both counter sales and warehouse duties as backup when not driving.
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions and problem resolution.
