Responsibilities include creating quotes from measurements, processing orders, and assisting with warehouse tasks. Overtime may be required; lifting up to 50 lbs and background/drug checks are part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry.
• Ability to process and manage counter transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and via multiple channels.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the company system.
• Create sales orders and quotes from measurements to estimate material needs.
• Coordinate truck deliveries with logistics to meet timelines.
• Assist with inventory counts, picking, packing, and shipping/receiving.
• Back up counter, warehouse, and non-CDL driver duties as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime during peak season.
