The position runs Monday through Friday with overtime during peak seasons. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills are required, and lifting up to 75 lbs is expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred with emphasis on satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order entry procedures is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and 50 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person, maintaining a courteous demeanor.
• Process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Create sales orders and quotes using customer measurements for estimates.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and ensure timely logistics for customers.
• Support inventory via cycle counts, picking, staging, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
