Job summary

Stone Center - Indianapolis is hiring a full-time Counter Sales/Customer Sales role in Indianapolis, IN. The position focuses on accurate order entry, processing transactions, and supporting delivery timelines for landscape products.

You will interact with customers in person, by phone, and email, participate in inventory counts, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations. Overtime may be required during peak seasons; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS and order-entry procedures.
• Ability to work overtime during peak season.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Pass pre-employment background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Process and manage transactions at the sales counter using the company’s computer system.
• Participate in cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with management and team for special orders and material requests.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for efficient operations.
