Heritage Landscape Supply Group in Middleton, ID is hiring for a full‑time Counter Sales/Customer Sales role. This position handles accurate order entry, maintains inventory accuracy, and coordinates logistics to support delivery timelines.

It runs Monday through Friday with overtime during peak seasons and offers a dynamic, customer‑facing work environment. The pay range is $22–$26 per hour, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred; focus on customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to work in varied conditions, including outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment background/drug test.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a PLUS.
• Experience with irrigation or landscaping products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter using the company’s system.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in cycle counts.
• Collaborate with management and team members to communicate customer needs and special order material requests.
• Work with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations and service.
