Qualifications

• Understanding recipes, production orders, and cooking instructions.
• Adhere to health, safety and personal hygiene regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift approximately 35 lbs.
• Comply with COVID-19 safety standards.

Responsibilities

• The production, preparation and cooking of foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering and other items per Chef Manager.
• Station setup prior to service with equipment and ingredients as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per health and safety regulations.
• Provide courteous customer service at all times.
