Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a full-time kitchen team member to prepare high-quality meals following standard recipes and special dietary orders.

You will work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply, secure items for prep, store leftovers properly, and maintain inventories. Qualifications

• Two years of experience in all stations of a hotel/kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the restaurant team.
• Self-motivated, organized and professional.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.
