Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the restaurant team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals following standard recipes and dietary orders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply flow, inventories, and storage.
