Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Cook to join the team. You will prepare meals following recipes and special diet orders, and work with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to manage food prep and inventory.

The role requires at least two years of kitchen experience, knowledge of sanitation standards, clear communication, and the ability to multitask and work independently. Hourly pay is competitive and includes benefits.

Qualificações

• At least two years of experience in hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the restaurant team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including timely prep, proper storage of leftovers, and inventories.
