Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time kitchen team member in Anthem, AZ, to prepare high-quality meals following recipes and dietary orders. You will work with the Food & Beverage Director and Sous Chef to oversee food and supply management, inventory, and safety standards.

The role requires at least two years in a kitchen or restaurant setting, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working in hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Clear communication with the rest of the restaurant team.
• Self-motivated, organized and professional.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and dietary orders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including securing items for food prep, storing leftovers properly, and maintaining inventories.
