Qualifications

• Cooks and prepares various entrees, vegetables, sandwiches, and other menu items using standardized recipes.
• Assists in proper labeling, dating, and rotation of product in dry storage, coolers and freezers.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment by cleaning and sanitizing food service area and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cooks, prepares, presents, and serves food items per standardized recipes.
• Replenishes food items and prepares foods for next day’s production.
• Communicates with supervisor/manager on production strategies to maintain quality.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Food Handler card or Servsafe certificate preferred
