Job summary

Wheaton Eye Clinic is seeking a Contact Lens Representative for our Bartlett, IL call center. This full-time role (30 hrs or more) provides exceptional patient service, schedules contact lens appointments, and processes registrations and insurance verification.

Responsibilities include handling MD/OD appointment requests, maintaining accurate demographics, and ensuring privacy per HIPAA guidelines. The position supports front desk coverage during lunch breaks; typical hours are Monday–Friday,

Responsibilities

• Schedule Contact Lens appointments
• MD and OD appointment requests
• Complete patient registration
• Register and verify insurance accordingly
• Collect all required demographic and insurance data necessary to facilitate patient check in and registration at point of service
• Identify and resolve registration errors
• Handle all other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor
• Attend all department meetings as required
• Follow all HIPAA and Wheaton Eye guidelines regarding patient privacy
• Additional duties as required
• Front Desk coverage daily during lunch breaks
• Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.
