Job summary

LensCrafters in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care experiences. You will guide customers, help them select frames and lenses, and use optical measurements and POS systems to close sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology & change with high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in frame selection and coordinates frames with measurements.
• Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Maintains a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Treats customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture.
