Job summary

Compost Crew A Benefit Corporation in Maryland is seeking an Environmental Technician to support composting operations at our Maryland Compost Outposts. Responsibilities

• Perform composting operations at the Compost Outpost following SOPs.
• Set up and break down facilities and perform decontamination.
• Monitor and mix materials per temperature and moisture guidelines.
• Operate and learn skid-steer, sifter, conveyor and other equipment.
• Maintain operation metrics and record feedstocks, temperatures, and moisture.
• Coordinate compost application, purchases and hauling as needed.
