Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in recreation administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate community and recreation programs and events.
• Assess community needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Schedule programs, allocate resources, and oversee facilities.
• Prepare publicity materials and manage online registrations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate part-time staff and instructors.
• Assist with budget preparation, purchasing, and expenditure monitoring.
• Coordinate programs with City departments and community organizations.
• Respond to public inquiries and maintain records.
• Serve on recreation and community-related committees.
