Job summary

City of Siloam Springs is seeking an experienced recreation program supervisor to oversee the development, promotion, & implementation of community events and wellness programming. You will coordinate summer day camps, fitness classes, and special events while ensuring safety and high-quality service.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or related field, or 3 years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and present information to groups.

Responsibilities

• Implement practices to provide high-quality customer service and safety for programs and events.
• Promote and market recreational programming and special events.
• Maintain social media and website pages for events.
• Implement new programs aligned with Division goals and community feedback.
• Establish and manage a budget for all recreation programs and events.
• Coordinate and organize all events and races offered by the City.
• Perform administrative tasks including planning, registration, and reporting.
