BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is hiring a compassionate, dependable full-time In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care in clients’ homes around the St. Paul area.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and helping clients maintain independence in a safe home setting. Weekend availability is required. The ideal candidate is reliable and dedicated to delivering exceptional support to seniors and others needing

Qualifications

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to ensure client well-being.
• Assist with daily activities like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Coordinate with RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
