Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort and dignity.

We offer full-time night shifts (10pm-6am) with every other weekend, competitive hourly pay, benefits, paid training, uniforms, and opportunities for growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Documentation of care provided and reporting changes to staff.
• Experience with dementia care is desirable but not required.

Hourly rate: $18.50 - $19.75/hr

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
