Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our warm, home-like community. You will deliver daily care, assist residents with ADLs, and provide emotional support while documenting care and reporting changes to the team.

Schedule: Part Time 2pm to 10pm, Mondays, Wednesdays and Every Other Weekend. We offer a range of benefits and a supportive environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care
• Other duties as needed

• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
