Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Hanover, MA is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate daily care to residents in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and support residents through meaningful engagement. This full-time role offers rotating weekends and a structured benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document care and report health or behavior changes.
• Engage residents in activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

$20.50/hr - $21.75/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
