Benchmark Senior Living currently seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a CNA. You will deliver resident-focused care in a warm, home-like environment, with a schedule of full-time nights 10pm–6am and every other weekend.

The hourly wage ranges from $18.50 to $19.75. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, documenting care, reporting changes, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while providing emotional support.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
