Qualifications

• CNA certification is required; state certification within four months is acceptable.
• GED or high school diploma is preferred but not strictly required.
• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Annual competency testing and 12 hours of continuing education required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Document resident care and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Follow infection prevention policies and PPE usage.
