Reedwood Post Acute in Portland, OR seeks a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents as outlined in their care plans. You will identify residents, record observations, and report changes to nursing staff while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires adherence to policies, safe patient handling, accurate documentation, and compassionate interaction with residents and fellow staff, with CPR certification preferred.

Qualificações

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents with wristband/photo card before treatments or meals.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report suspected unauthorized disclosures.
