Job summary

Reedwood is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our Portland facility. You will follow care plans, identify residents, and assist with activities of daily living, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring patient comfort, maintaining documentation, and protecting resident privacy while following facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow policies.
• Observe and report pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent ulcers.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility tasks as trained.
