Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support clinic operations at Salemtowne in Winston-Salem, NC. You will assist with personal care, observe residents, document care in the electronic health record, and report changes to the nursing team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, NC CNA certification, CPR certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication and compassion are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification from an accredited program.
• North Carolina CNA Certification with clean registry record.
• CPR certification from ARC or AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient patient care and service to clients/residents, families, and providers.
• Deliver personal care per care plan (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, hygiene) and assist with transportation.
• Document care delivered in electronic health records and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation in Home Care settings.
• Maintain residents' rights and HIPAA confidentiality; ensure safety and compliance.
• Triage requests by consulting Nurse Supervisor or Physician and document accordingly.
