Job summary

Southfork Assisted Living & Memory Care in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and support the nursing team. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, completion of a state-approved CNA program, CPR/First Aid preferred, and at least 1 year of healthcare or senior living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with eating, hydration and nutritional needs.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Foster companionship and encourage participation in activities.
