Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work with residents and staff in a caring manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and common spaces.
• Document care provided in Daily Log and clinical records.
• Report incidents or changes in resident status to nursing staff.
• Assist with move-in transitions and provide emotional support.
