Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Mount Juliet, Tennessee is seeking a CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality daily living assistance to residents. You will help residents with activities of daily living and encourage participation in community activities.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining confidentiality, assisting with mobility and meals, and documenting care in the Daily Log and clinical records.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to function well with all levels of personnel and residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and encourage participation in activities.
• Report incidents and care concerns to RN/LPN or supervisor and document appropriately.
• Provide emotional support during move-in and daily routines.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow policy.
• Assist with mobility, meals, hygiene, and housekeeping tasks as directed.
