Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands or photo cards.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily functions and prepare for medical tests as instructed.
• Provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions.
