OakLeaf Clinics – OakLeaf Pediatrics is seeking an LPN, CMA, or CNA to join our team in Eau Claire, WI. The full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with no weekends or holidays.

The clinic emphasizes compassionate, individualized care with a collaborative team including physicians, NPs, PAs, and specialists. Responsibilities include patient rooming, vital signs, medication reconciliation, injections, scheduling, and supporting providers.

Qualifications

• Must have active licensure or eligibility for LPN/CMA/CNA based on licensure.
• Medical Assistant certification or registration required.
• LPN program completion or equivalent licensure required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing or medical assistant care under supervision for clinic patients.
• Gather patient information and document accordingly.
• Assist with office procedures and prepare equipment.
• Aid clinician during treatment, exam, and testing.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient flow.
• Instruct patients and families by phone when appropriate.
• Greet patients and prepare them for examination.
• Screen patients for necessary information and forms.
• Maintain timely patient flow and complete forms as needed.
• Restock and prepare exam rooms; maintain supplies.
• Engage in professional development and maintain affiliations.
• Complete other duties as assigned; flexible schedule as needed.
