Job summary

Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare seeks a Full-Time community-based Child and Family Skills Coach in Evansville, IN. You will provide case management, skills training, and developmental support to children and families across the service area, with daily travel across counties.

This role supports youth and families through counseling and coordinated care. Responsibilities include documenting progress, referrals, and treatment plans; participating in staff meetings and trainings; and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with children with serious emotional disturbances preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based case management, skills training/development, and other services to children and families.
• Coordinate and attend collateral meetings with all parties involved in treatment.
• Conduct family, individual and group counseling.
• Provide emergency counseling and crisis intervention when necessary.
• Maintain records reflecting patient progress and treatment plans.
• Meet efficiency standards including chart management and daily production.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and ongoing staff development.
