Responsibilities

• Conduct case management, skills training and development per Southwestern policies.
• Provide services to adults in Outpatient Services and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain records of services and treatment plans.
• Coordinate meetings with treatment parties and community agencies.
• Provide emergency counseling and crisis intervention when necessary.
