• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or related field.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting Indiana minimums; ability to travel daily.
• Experience conducting family, individual and group counseling and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based case management and skills training to children and families.
• Maintain progress notes, treatment plans and goals.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Travel daily across the service area to deliver services.
