Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a passionate Caregiver to support residents in the Cascade Inn facility in Vancouver, WA. This full-time role offers several shifts (Swing, Day, Eve) and a CNA certification program funded by the employer.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, engage them in social activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment while upholding residents' rights. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance
• Respond promptly to all resident needs and/or requests for care and obtain assistance as necessary
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to a licensed nurse
• Perform other duties as assigned
