Job summary

Avamere Rehab of Cascade Park in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident's care plan.

This full-time evening position with PRN shifts offers a wage range of $24–$31 per hour DOE. Applicants must hold an active CNA license in this state and CPR/BLS certification. Avamere provides comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in this state.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 10th grade education or above.

Responsibilities

• Check residents' personal care needs and ensure they are met.
• Review care plans daily and note any changes.
• Inform nurse supervisor of changes in resident condition.
• Assist residents with daily needs and transportation to appointments.
• Foster a warm, calm, and cheerful environment.
• Prepare rooms and assist with activity participation.
• Communicate resident information to nursing leadership.

Education
