Job summary

Monarch Communities in Delaware is seeking a Caregiver to support residents under the direction of the Clinical Services Director. This is a non-exempt, hourly full-time position with a salary range of $20.00-$22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities per care plans, ensuring safety and dignity, and documenting care. Certification and DHS credentials plus a high school diploma are required; dementia experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA/DHS certification required.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during your shift.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to your supervisor immediately.
