Job summary

Monarch Communities in Rehoboth Beach, DE is seeking a Caregiver to assist residents with daily living tasks under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director. This full-time, non-exempt, hourly role supports personal care, meals, mobility, and activities per each resident's care plan.

Responsibilities include documenting services, reporting changes to the supervisor, and maintaining resident safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or DHS certification and a high school diploma.
• Experience working with elderly residents; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during the shift.
• Report any change of condition to the supervisor.
